Just a quick note to thank you for the two days that Catch On and you personally facilitated for us this week.

The quality of speakers was fantastic and, in the main, beyond our normal levels of access. The level and openness of discussions was also at a level that would have taken us years of relationship building to gain if we had done it ourselves. It gave my team (to say nothing of Chris and I) some real insights into the challenges faced by key executives in implementing the key NHS strategies and what it means at ground level.

It gave me heart that as a company we have understood the direction of the NHS (With the help of Catch On!) and that we are very much on the right path but similarly it was an eye opener to hear how the different elements of an LHE work (or maybe don't work) together.

It's been a pleasure working with you over the last 7 months. I would also like to say a big thank you for all your help and support. I don't know how you do your day job and still find time to listen to us and make sure all the staff are as happy as possible.
