Coaching and Mentoring for Success in Practice Based Commissioning

This scheme is designed specifically for PBC managers appointed by the PCT, PBC chairs and board members to help them in discharging their roles and to enable them to assess their personal competencies as developing leaders

The scheme includes:

  • 1:1 introductory meeting to agree objectives and a planned way forward
  • 2 weekly, 1:1 phone calls to review any issues and identify next steps
  • onging email advice and support
  • 6-monthly progress reviews
  • access to Catch On’s expertise in specialist areas, such as pharmacy/prescribing and public health and provider development
  • membership of “Catch On’s informal e-network for advice and support and sharing experiences and ideas
  • access to Catch On’s extensive tools and templates library.

This programme is sufficiently flexible to be tailored to specific needs so if required, we can provide additional support, such as arranging workshops with other PBC members and PCTs, or developing commissioning plans and business cases.

Coaching and Mentoring for Success in PBC is available at a monthly subscription based on a minimum contract of nine months. Subscriptions for 12 and 18 months will attract discounted rates.
