If you would like us to:
- Test your readiness for CQC registration with our DEP3 online tool
- Provide a framework for your Quality
- Improvement Plan and your Business Plan.
- Provide all your policies in readiness for CQC registration and keep them updated.
- Set up your internal governance processes.
- Advise you on achieving your new QOF points.
- Support you in the development of your patient participation group.
- Offer you two face-to-face consultations.
- Revamp your communications and image via your practice leaflet and website (includes a patient survey facility and practice intranet).
- Provide web hosting tailored to your needs.
- Construct your surveys and analyse the results.
- Regularly update you with developments that impact your practice - including interpretation of policy and prioritising your actions.
- Give you entry to a ‘collective procurement scheme’ to streamline in-house costs.
We can do it all.
Pay a standard initial one off set up fee of £2450.00 (No VAT). This will be followed by a monthly subscription of £145.00 (No VAT) for a 12 monthly period. Alternatively, if you prefer to consider a bespoke package tailored to your requirements, please contact us.
