Christine O′Connor founded the Group in 1998 with a commitment to supporting the NHS and connected organisations in embracing change, improving their use of resources and transformational leadership to help advance the quality of healthcare and healthcare delivery.
The Group and its members have extensive knowledge and experience in enabling transformational leadership and developing personal skills to facilitate improved patient experiences.
We′re a team of doctors, nurses, public health specialists, marketing, sales and health service managers – bringing our experiences and approaches together to provide answers to the issues healthcare organisations and potential partner organisations face, in dealing with widespread changes.
The internal team
Internal team leader Karen Edgson′s experience in people and process management complements the Group and supports it as it grows. The internal team is experienced in web design and data management disciplines, a well as print management, skilled administrative procedures and event management.
